My method of working with people is to set aside a consultation time for healing to take place and then employ some or all of my available 'tools' in an integrated way to help you increase your health and well-being. Whilst one session may involve using reflexology or EFT to unblock a meridian to allow healing to flow, or aromatherapy oils and NLP to overcome a distressing phobia, in another session just one modality may fit the bill and we may work with cognitive hypnotherapy or massage, etc. Some sessions may simply be energy healing.
